The big difference is it feels light in your stomach and is a lot healthier! I love how many grams of protein it has in a serving and how little calories it has for such wonderful sweetness. If it was a little cheaper I would be buying this product every time I want ice cream.

The frozen yogurt is very creamy and has the perfect mint taste along with chocolate flakes. I really like that the it has a high amount of protein and low amount of fat. I must say it wasn't extremely minty as I thought which was good. It was a perfect balance and crunch with the chocolate chip. I loved it as it tasted creamy like icecream.
