There is a design flaw in this product

We returned the first one thinking it was a fluke but the replacement did not work either. You simply cannot attach a hose tight enough to keep water from spraying all over. Fortunately the excellent customer service dept stepped it and refunded our money for this purchase. Back to the drawing board for this equipment.

Don't waste your money on this.

This is good idea but doesn't work. It is very poorly made. Where you attach the hose going into spigot spews water everywhere, It does not fit tight and there is no way to tighten it. I have put in new washers and new hoses and it simply spews water all over area where it is staked into ground. with wet soggy ground the entire item falls over. I bought two because I have a large awkward yard filled with raised beds I bought from Gardeners Supply (and love) but this item is terrible. Don't buy it.

You'll need your own short hose to use this

I think you should specify that the hose as shown is NOT included. Yes, another photo shows the extender by itself but that doesn't mean there is no hose necessarily. The primary photo should show it without a hose.
