Low Distortion High Capacity Customized Crossover NetworkThe NS-IW470WH features a high-quality crossover network to ensure maximum sound performance. The crossover circuit is designed to minimize distortion and prevent the deterioration of transients as they pass through the network.
Internally Wired with Monster CableYamaha has chosen to ensure optimum sound quality by internally wiring some of the components with Monster Cable. This ensures a clean clear signal from the crossover network to the speaker drivers.
Swivel Tweeter and Midrange Driver with High-Level AdjustmentYou can swivel the tweeter and midrange drive to "aim" the high-frequency sound toward the main listening area. To do this simply press on the edge of the tweeter or midrange and set the position. You can also adjust the level of the midrange by using the "High-Level" control to match your taste or the installation environment.

Great value
Great value. I was looking for something affordable for our home. I'm not techy at all, but appreciate good music and sound. These in-wall speakers were much easier to install than I thought they would be. Overall good purchase.

Just a quick positive review
I purchased a set of these to add side surround for my new 7.1 receiver. I loved the sound so much I went and purchased another pair to replace my bookshelf rear surround speakers the following day. The most difficult part about the installation is finding the appropriate spot to install them while avoiding the wall studs. This has absolutely nothing to do with the speakers themselves which are a breeze to install once you have your hole cut. Even cutting the proper size hole is made easy thanks to the included template. We took the covers to the garage and with 2 coats of interior wall paint they blend seamlessly into the wall unobtrusively. For the price point, these in-wall speakers are tough to beat.
