The powerful XTERRA 2.25 HP motor provides speeds up to 10mph while the users can also vary the large 20” x 55” belt to incline levels from 0-10% for maximum workout variety. When not in use you can fold up the treadmill with the Lift Assist frame design, which also includes a Safe Drop feature that slowly lowers the deck for added safety. Control board issues

After replacing the control board twice, motor and belt the treadmill is no longer under warranty and won't work. It's cheaper to buy a new treadmill than to pay someone $250 to replace the control board again. Requires lubricant $10 a bottle monthly. Horrible product

Horrible machine and Target won't help

This is a total piece of junk. Half the time you can’t get the belt to move up to speed. If you have it set to 7mph it’s running at about 4 mph. Then about every third time it will run at the correct speed. And then in a dangerous turn, it will run at slow speed and then all of a sudden move up to the correct speed almost throwing the runner from the machine. I just tried to return it and the Target system keeps going into error. I do disappointed in the product and Target.

My opinion

I love this treadmill. The speeds are accurate. The features are exhilarating. I prefer the cardio workout. The treadmill powers down on its own. The deck is wide and steady. I have nothing bad to say about this beauty. Customer service Dominique was very nice and helpful.
