Poor quality rug and poor customer service
After a couple of months using this rug, I washed it according to the care instructions and it ruined the rug. It gathered the fabric and was not fixable. I went to the store to try to return it and they agreed with me that I should be able to get a return, but because it was bought through a third-party company that they are contracted with on the app I had to go directly through the company, and Target was unable to complete the return, even after attempting an override for being out of the return window. So I contacted customer service for World Rug Gallery, and they gave me an email address to email my concern and to request a return. I never received an email back. I attempted to call again and after multiple attempts over several weeks was never able to talk to anyone again. I had left a message each time I called and still never heard anything back.
