Q: will this rug get wet with rain and if so will it mildew? My last outdoor rug although covered it still got rain from the open side of my porch and mildewed and the smell was horrible. Should I use scotchguard

A: I’ve had my rug for six years and they’re outside each summer (I wash and roll them up each winter) and they’ve lasted this long- I love mine! No mildew mold or anything.

Whimsical and different
This is one of my favorite outdoor rugs I have purchased over the years. It is whimsical in a sophisticated way and charming. I had the 5 x 7 but purchased the larger one this year for a bigger patio set. I love it as do alot of people. Remember it is black and cream so you can mix it with other florals and patterns in my opinion. Get it while you can this sells out every year.

Love the design and overall style of this rug!! But I did run into a couple minor complaints. The seams are not straight so an average person might say low quality but its also an outdoor rug so no major issue. When purchasing I assumed this was a black and white rug but the "white" portions are actually a mix of a light gray and white woven material so just be aware of that if you're using it as a piece to decorate around.

Love the organic plants-and-animals woodcut-style print. I put the rug on my balcony and have gotten many compliments on it. The rug's construction leaves a bit to be desired; the edge stitching is not very precise, and the rug arrived rolled and then flattened, giving it many raised "speed bump"-type lumps that run all the way across the rug about 8" apart. I hoped they would eventually flatten out but didn't (it's been three months). So it's not completely flat, which is annoying, but it looks great.
