Using as a brooder box for chicks
The instructions are not very clear. We have three screws and another metal part that I still haven't figured out..... but, the primary function of housing the chicks is perfect. This is lightweight and has a solid tray without wire mesh. It provided adequate protection for my baby chicks. In my experience, even outdoor pre-fab chicken house structures use similar materials, so this is what I expected.

Very easy to build
Very easy to build and is pretty strong for what I need just really wished it actually had a floor above the removable tray

It has a tray you can pull out
Its a nice size, bigger than the last order I asked for. That smaller one was made better but is only for younger guinny pigs,

Great indoor cage
This is a great cafe, but I don't feel it would hold up outside for a long time. Maybe a couple years. We keep this in our garage so it fits our needs perfect! Will be buying another one for our rabbit

Used it as nesting box for hens
Right out of the box I was worried.Material is pretty weak for ¡°outdoor¡± use, I live in Florida and the weather would have destroyed it in under a year.I used this hutch as a nesting box for my hens and fixed it right to the wall inside my shed. I was afraid my chickens might break it (because they like to pile up in the nests together and most of them are HEFTY girls). This hutch isn¡¯t made of sturdy stuff. The floor and walls is made of really thin sheets of wood you can cut with a razor knife. I was half expecting the first big hen that jumped inside was going to crack it.But so far so good. It¡¯s roomy for my hens and easy to retrieve eggs and clean it out. With it being sheltered from the elements, I think it¡¯ll last quite a while.

Works well as a indoor brooder
I bought this for a brooder box to keep in my garage. It functions perfectly for this purpose. Overall, it's pretty light weight and I do not believe it would hold up well outside in the elements. I'm am pleased with it considering the price and the purpose for which I am using it.
