Don't Buy - Missing Parts on 2 Tries

Purchased this bookcase and began building. Got to the very last board to complete the build and it was missing pre-inserted nuts to add the connecting screws to. Reached out to Target to help, they offered no solution but to return...a 90% built bookcase. So I broke it down, packaged it back up and returned. Made the mistake of thinking this was a one-off issue... Purchased a replacement that again came with no pre-inserted nuts on the same piece. Reached out to the manufacturer who confirmed it should have these nuts. They instructed me to purchase these separately and didn't offer a replacement board or the missing nuts. Bottom line, 2 for 2 on this bookcase missing pieces. Would stay away.

Woodkids bookshelf

It took hours to put together. The instructions are poor to say the least. We were missing a part and had two parts of one kind. Called and your only choice was to take apart and return it. They would not ship the missing piece. Very poor customer service. We live three hours from the store. Would have to order again. Will not buy again.
