Wooden Arched Open Display Cabinet Jewelry Organizer - A New Day™ Brown

I've been shopping for a jewelry box for over a year and finally found one I loved. I ordered it, it came damaged. The doors wouldn't open or close properly and there was a knob missing from 1 of the drawers. I took it back to the store and reordered the same exact one and received a completely different jewelry box. I'm a big Target shopper because of the quality. This was the lowest of the lowest experience I've ever had with Target. Extremely frustrating!

They gave me a broken one, I returned it and got my money back, but there were no handles and missing pieces

Junky! The little ball handles for the drawers were off and no way to screw them back on so I had to use gorilla glue. It's cute and functional, but the quality is not worth $50!!

Came with a missing knob. Not very sturdy. I agree with all negative reviews about this piece.

Came missing parts and unstable

Read the other reviews before buying and decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, yet I was wrong again. Ordered the piece online and came in a huge box that had no packing inside to keep it from going all over the place. Opened it up and installed there was no handle and scratches and dense all over the piece. Overall, I got it on clearance and used it for a gift card and I love the aesthetic of it so I can probably clean it up a bit, but for the original price of $50 that’s pretty extreme for what everyone is receiving.

Arrived dinged, missing knobs

Wish I could give this item zero stars. I ordered it for christmas and received it damaged with the left top gold knob missing. I took the item back to target to try to get a new one and the only option was to do same day delivery, which I had to pay 11 extra dollars for. Recieved the item on my front porch not packaged or anything, just the jewlery box sitting there, all for it to still be damaged. Also the necklace/bracelet holder in the top is very janky and will not screw in to secure. It's definitely my mistake for not checking the reviews before ordering, but I am highly disappointed in the quality and very sad because it would've been a cute jewelry box if I could get it not damaged and if it was better quality.

For $50 I expected a much higher quality piece. The drawers are askew, and every single one I’ve seen except one has missing hardware. I love what Target was trying to do, but they missed. Definitely not worth $50. I’d say $20 at best with the poor quality

Item looks cute. Quality is low though. I don't trust the durability. Came damged with a chunk missing out of side. Most likely going to return.

The wood material is very sturdy which was one of my concerns. So glad I purchased, super cute.

Was not package except brown paper around it and one of the gold ball on the drawer was gone.

Will most likely return this item. Despite price, this item is not of great quality and it arrived without the two knobs to the doors with the windows. It’s also either scratched or the wood staining was not done correctly.

It came with no ball for the bottom right drawer! Very disappointed!

The jewelry cabinet is very pretty but poor quality. The base has 4 legs and are not even when sitting on a flat surface. The necklace holder is crooked and feels cheap. I got this on sale for $30, but even at $30 (full price $50), it’s not worth it. You can get a better quality jewelry cabinet/organizer for this price. If this is just for aesthetics, it’s nice but if you’re looking for something that’s quality and durable then this is not the one. This item is worth $19.99 at full price.

Very disappointed with this item.. I normally do not order online, this was on a registry. It wasnt available in the store near me. I ordered it online...recieved it. And it was missing a know. I called they said bring it to the store return it and reorder it. So I did. When the 2nd one came in it was missing a different knob, and the glass was cracked. I had to return it back to the store again. They reimbursed me, but not for the shipping. I thought this would save me time, but I only cost me shipping and 2 trips to the store which I was trying to avoid. Also fed ex dropped my package on the side of the road, at night. You can't see my house from the road

ordered this for a christmas gift for my daughters and I recieved it while away on a trip so i just now opened it up. and this isnt worth more than maybe 30$. it feels small and the quality is not there. I made the mistake of not checking reviews before ordering it. it looks like the photos at least, no damage. but overall poor quality. Will be returning.

Way overpriced!

Second time and both broken. Target has a problem sending visibly broken items.
