Runs Small & Not the Same Color

I ordered this dress in a size M but it definitely runs a bit small, especially around the shoulders and upper body. The color is listed as “apricot,” but in person it’s really just a cream/off-white. Also, the shoulder style shown in the photos looks like it can be worn lower, but the opening is much smaller in real life, so there’s no way to get that same look. The quality is okay, just not exactly as pictured.
