Sent wrong item, product no longer available
I received two floral couch covers, not the items I ordered. When I reported the issue, the product was no longer available for purchase at all. This was sent by a third party, not Target, making me think they didn’t have this item available, even though it remained on the website. It was complicated to return the incorrect items, as I couldn’t return to Target. Target can do better to facilitate these third party sales, including ensuring the fidelity of the items.
