Great T-shirt (Crazy Dog T-shirts does not have permission for this design!)

I love this shirt for its cuteness during the Halloween season; plus, my husband & I LOVE dogs. We adopted numerous rescues and currently have 4 living with us. The HUGE drawback has to do with the Vender and NOT Target. Crazy Dogs T-shirts did NOT get permission to use this design from the artist, G Mosley…Look her up on Instagram @gmosley_ ! I contacted her, and she verified Crazy Dog T’s does not have permission! I did not want to slam Target for the non-above-board dealings of a vender.
