False advertising, what a disappointment
Not even remotely the same dress. Came in and is a super cheap material. The top is smocked and the skirt is wrinkly with a cheap bathing suit feel to it, does not at all appear to be the same. I know this is a secondary seller via Target, but seriously, Target do better at getting this crap off your site.
