Fits weird, have to return
I have a small waist-to-hip ratio but the elastic in the waistband here is too tight and uncomfortable. I have other skirts with a foldover waist that are very comfortable, but the foldover waist here is stitched into place so you can't move it around at all depending on your body type. Also because the waist is stuck in one position like this, the length ends up feeling too short. I bought this skirt in two different sizes and had the same issue. Sadly, will have to return both.
