Your maternity and post-pregnancy size will (generally) be the same as your pre-pregnancy size. Under Hip/Bump: Starting just below your bump, measure around the fullest part of your hips. Bust Size: Wrap the tape measure loosely around your bust at the fullest point. Take a deep breath in and take your measurement. Band Size: Wrap the measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just below your bust. Plus Sizing Guide: 1. Measure bust and band sizes 2. Subtract your band size from your bust size. Example: 40 (bust size) - 36 (band size) = 4. So, your cup size is a "D".
