Women's Tailored Midi Dress - A New Day™

Bottom fit good, top was slightly tight on chest.

I didn't received it.

Cautiously purchased after reading through many reviews and so happy that I did! The fit is a bit different for the brand and I chose a Medium (I’m 5’9” and 170 lbs) the dress is long and hits me at about mid-calf and is a perfect dress to wear for days that I am going to work and meeting with friends. Love the quality of the fabric. Happy with pockets, but the dress might have been better without them. I purchased in red and brown and decided to wear without a bra.

Well, the quality appeared to be very good, it did not look like the picture when it arrived. It was more of a maxi dress than a midi dress. I had to return right away. The dress almost came down to my ankles and I’m 5’5”.

I had ordered some dresses from target recently and the fabric was terrible like plastic table cloth terrible, so I had zero hopes for this one but let me tell you I was SHOCKED when I got it. This dress reminds me of Reformation!! I ordered my regular size XS and it fit beautifully. The tailoring is a 10/10

Dress is very tight in the bust, had to order a size larger. Shoulders are very wide. The dress sticks at the zipper at the waist seam.

Not great for petite women. The torso runs too long and makes it disproportionate

So close…nice fabric weight and beautiful overall design, but the back plunge makes wearing a bra impossible and the shoulders don’t quite sit on the shoulder or off the shoulder.

I wish I had an opportunity to review this dress, but it has not been received twice. Customer service cancelled my first order because it was stuck on label created. This second order is stuck again at order created again and not received by carrier. Really disappointed by this customer service. When I spoke to customer care it was clear that the only information they had access to was what I could also see on my account. If I don’t receive this dress again, I will probably not be placing online orders with Target again. I would give this no stars, but system is forcing to select at least 1.

I gave 4 stars because although the dress is beautiful and fits like a glove, the bottom part of the zipper was sewn over. I cannot completely unzip the dress! Luckily, I can still wear it. Quality control is a little lacking, but I still love the dress.

This dress is very much a size 12. If you are around a 12/14 it wont work. It felt super tight from the arms. It was choking my armpits. It’s a lot longer than I expected. It’s more of a longer midi length. The fabric is rough. I will be returning the dress

Great quality fabric, way too long, top around neck & shoulders too big. Wishes this came in petite.

Beautiful dress!! I ordered brown XS and fits perfectly. I am normally XS or XXS. I am 5’5 and 121lbs.

This dress is a great, modest length. It fits big, so size down from what you normally wear.

As soon as I saw this dress had pockets, I had to order. I’m usually a size 2 or small, and I ordered an XS based on reviews of it running big. It fits great! The back is low, but I was still able to wear a strapless bra with it. The tailored look makes it look more expansive than it is. All the stars!

the zipper in the back of the dress will not move past the area where the top and bottom are joined. Please advise me.
