Feels like a bait and switch
I was so excited when I bought these socks. The color is great and they are so soft to the touch. They held up great to washing too. However, the second I put them on I was disillusioned. You can feel the stitching when you walk so they’re very uncomfortable. The toe of the socks are weirdly shaped too. They’re cozy enough if you’re just sitting around, but I imagine most people will need to walk around.

Unacceptable delivery from driver
The socks were a gift for my mother. The biggest disappointment was the delivery. The box was left on top of their recycle can. My parents live in a single family home in Michigan and both have mobility issues. It was unacceptable of the person who delivered this package to leave it on a recycle container, which made it look like trash instead of leaving it on their porch. There is a lack of training and brains in this operation. Please consider additional training, some people obviously need it.

I did not get the socks pictured, they did not have the grey toe and heel. They looked nice when I opened them and they were super soft and cozy. However after only one wear (they have not been washed yet) the fabric became really pill-y and looks horrible. I'm not sure how they will wash or hold up long term. I usually love Auden socks, and neutrals are hard to find but I'd skip these. Not expecting cashmere for $6, but the fabric quality on these leave a lot to be desired. I will wear them around the house.
