The little ruffles at the top are adorable - they add such a cute, girly touch without being over the top. The material is thin and breathable, which is perfect for warmer days or for layering under boots or sneakers. They feel really nice on the skin and don't make my feet sweat, which is a huge plus! I wear a size 6 in women's shoes, and these fit well. There is a bit of extra room at the toes, but it's not noticeable at all, especially if you wear them slightly scrunched down (which actually looks even cuter with the ruffles!). These are considered ankle socks but for me they came up higher than my ankles. The quality feels good considering the price and they are not thick but more lightweight making them easy to wear under boots. I am a size 8 in shoes and they fit. They are comfortable on the ankle not too tight but tight enough that they will stay up and not fall down. These will be really cute with dress pants or jeans.
