I’m newly pregnant with my first child all while my mom is going through cancer treatment. So my stress has been high even though I’ve done my best to manage it. Early in my second trimester, I was getting up at 3am wide awake- I knew it was my cortisol being through the roof. With all that was going on, I didn’t have the time to make individual glycerin tinctures and the tea I had been making were too drying and made me need to pee in the middle of the night. That’s when I saw that Wishgarden had this product that is perfect for supporting sleep and most importantly, the central nervous system. I’ve been taking the tinctures for about 7 weeks now and I’m back to sleeping through the night, thank goodness! I noticed a slight improvement in my sleep right away, but as we know, herbs work best if when we take it over time. My sleep completely transformed in about 1. 5-2 weeks. I will be taking this product for as long as I need to, knowing that it’s great for me and thus, great for baby.

I always get bad insomnia throughout pregnancy and even postpartum while breastfeeding and I only discovered this tincture during my 3rd pregnancy. I wish I had it for the first 2. I gift it to all of my pregnant friends! It makes a huge difference. I think it’s one of the best tasting tinctures as well. Very fruity and no alcohol burn, very pleasant before bed or during the night.

My husband and I now both prefer this over melatonin or any other sleep aid on the nights we need a little extra help shutting down for the day. Great product!

I bought this tincture in hopes of getting some sleep after having a baby. I couldn’t sleep at night because baby woke up every 2-3 hours to nurse. I lt did what jt was supposed to do- I was able to sleep well for 2 nights in a row (was able to fall back asleep after nursing) However this tincture definitely transferred to babe through breastmilk. My babygirl had diarrhea for 2 days which was heartbreaking. The forehead stopped in 3 days. The day I stopped taking this tincture. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re breastfeeding even though the disclaimer says it’s safe for breastfeeding.

Once I fall asleep, I stay asleep and if I wake up from a baby, I fall back asleep, which was not the case before. Will definitely buy again!

We are currently trying to get pregnant, and I found out that my anxiety medication is not pregnancy-safe. When looking for alternatives, I thought I would give this and the Stress Tamer product a try. I suffer from sleepless nights due to anxiety sometimes. This product is great! I plan to purchase a larger bottle when I start to run low. It helps me feel sleepy but not like a benadryl does, if that makes any sense. Less brain fog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right after having my baby, I got hit with some serious insomnia. Even when the baby was sleeping I couldn't get myself to sleep and was living off about an hour or two of sleep every 24 hours. This product was suggested by a midwife and it was a big part of getting myself back to being able to fall asleep. From the start I took less than the recommended dose and still got results fast! (I went off a method my midwife said she used for herself, starting with one or two sprays when she went to bed and doing another spray every 15 minutes she was still awake. At this point i just do 2-4 sprays right at the start and leave it at that unless I'm awake a really long time which usually is not the case.) Almost as soon as I take it, I can feel the sleepy/relaxing sensation it creates and I usually fall asleep in less than half an hour. By the time I wake back up, I generally do not feel any drowsy after effects either. This is all pretty perfect as a breastfeeding mom who has to fall asleep fast and then be ready to wake up fast within a couple of hours. I would not have expected an herbal supplement to be all around so effective. I had tried sleep medication a couple times in the past briefly but I like this way more and would recommend this to anyone with sleeping issues.
