Close but no cigar

Had to roll the dice on size since there was zero reference to sizing guide, and it does fit but the ears dont stay up and the hood is too big to see what it is without covering your whole face… also one ear has a piece sticking out like a popped bra underwire.. disappointing, I had high hopes :(
