I got this model as it is dual purpose both cooling and heating. Works quite well.

I’m sound sensitive and it’s been easily tolerable for me (though definitely makes a bit of noise). My only “complaint” is that sometimes the temperature shown doesn’t reflect the actual temp. But as far as portable ACs go, I’ve had several and this one has the least issues.

I received this unit a couple of days ago, and I am extremely impressed as as well as satisfied! This is my first time with such a unit and I am so grateful that I have it now especially during this heat wave we are having. I highly recommend this unit. It’s a lifesaver for sure.

Got this A/C as a gift, and its the best thing I've received.! It's not loud, and it has different features for all year round needs.

I have been using the unit about two months. The manual is pretty easy to understand. All the modes operation match with the expectation. If you want to change the temperature you can fill the updated pretty quickly.

Kept my room nice and cool and im now a fan of this product!

New to this unit and so far so good! Easy install, easy to operate, appreciate the washable filter and portability, and I love that you get AC, heat, and dehumidifier all in one.

It has enough power to cool the house rather than one room. It also has a fan option as well as dehumidifier. It even has a heater. All of this for way less on my electric bills.

I received this portable AC unit as a gift! I was excited to set it up and get my home feeling cooler. It's been a hot summer! I was impressed with the digital remote and digital screen it features. The screens have a bluish light. I love this machine! Very Greatful and thankful for you beautiful people in the world!

This is the 3rd summer season using this conditioner and I'm extremely happy with it's performance. The only reason for 4 stars is the replacement carbon filter is expensive in my opinion. Tried a aftermarket filter but condenser and cooling fins ice up Decided to go without carbon filter.

It cools great and heats when needed. At school living in a beach cottage, my Wynter keeps me comfortable.

I bought this because my house air conditioner wasn't working and it was old. So I bought this for my room and it made a really big difference. This does a great job in cooling down the room to a more comfortable level. I highly recommend this product!

I use this AC to cool my 1960ies 250sqft studio apartment on the hottest days of summer in the SF Bay area. It manages to keep the room comfortable at around 25C with 35C outside. The dual hose concept avoids sucking hot outside air into the living space which allows this unit to be much more effective than single hose portable A/C. The inlet and exhaust hose are very close to each other on the window kit though. Due to restrictions in my lease I had to keep the fly net installed outside the window kit, which caused noticeable re-circulation of exhaust air into the inlet. The AC has to work so much less hard since I improvised some baffling to keep inlet and exhaust air separate. Even better would be if the hoses were long enough to allow cutting the window kit in half so I can have more separation between the two hoses. I've also insulated the exhaust hose which further noticeably helps the effectiveness of the A/C: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Master-Flow-6-in-Dia-R-6-Ductwork-Insulation-Sleeve-INSLV6/100396953 I've tried the heating mode one cold night for a short time, it does blow warm but really I'll find out how much I can rely on the heat pump in winter. Maybe I can cancel the gas contract. The slider for the cold air side-by-side steering baffles was not assembled and flying around loose inside the cold air outlet. The styrofoam base of the packaging was crushed and broken, but still kept the A/C itself from hitting the cardboard.

We purchased the unit a month ago and we are very happy. It was easy to set up, easy to program, and very reliable. It out performs a similar LG model we purchased at the same time.
