DEFECTIVE GARVEE PRODUCT

I purchased a 30L Garvee Ultra Sonic Cleaner in March . The 4th time I used it the water leaked out, when I removed the bottom cover I found one of the vibrators had broken off from its weld leaving a large hole, see picture. Garvee has refused to honor their 12 month warranty against defects in parts or workmanship. How could this be my fault? All I did was use this cleaner & it failed, Garvee does not stand behind their products. I'm considering filing a complaint with the CONSUMER PRODUCTS SAFETY BUREAU!
