The design is nice, and there’s ton of storage. My only complaint is how long it took to assemble because the holes were small. Overall pretty happy with purchase!

We purchased 2 of these bookcases. There were limited reviews, so I wanted to share what we learned. COLOR: this is like an espresso brown with chocolate brown accents - it is not what I would call gray, but closer to very dark brown or near black. We liked the color. ASSEMBLY: The first shelf took us a while, but the 2nd just over an hour. Clear directions if you are used to picture directions. You need to have a Phillips Head screw driver to complete assembly and 2 people makes it an easier process. QUALITY: The material was not cheap, but also not top of the line - after all, the price is not high either (ours were on sale). That being said, we felt it was a good purchase and will meet our needs as a bookcase with storage on the bottom. DELIVERY: arrived before projected date which was great! The boxes had some cuts but all pieces were protected with great packaging.

Great coloring. Fairly sturdy for the price. The back is a nailed on panel that uses duct tape to adhere the two sides of one panel. Overall pretty good considering the process and size of the shelf.
