Terrible Customer Service

Please don’t waste your money, nor your sanity buying this brand. It came in broken so I contacted the customer support email just asking if the two broken pieces could be shipped in replacement or if I needed to start a refund through target. They wouldn’t even answer that until I sent all the order info. Then replied saying they don’t ship replacement parts due to high tariffs, which they could have just said no in response to my first email. Then suggested I use white tape to fix the two boards. Which are support boards with a lot of weight on them. At this point I’m livid because that’s a big safety concern considering it’s advertised as NURSERY furniture. In the end they offered a $30 refund since we were just gonna go buy some 1x4s and make the slat’s ourselves. But the kicker is now I’m being emailed about how they need mine or a family or friends PayPal and our info so they can send me the $30. Yeah, no thanks. Back to target it goes.
