A: We recommend using the Wet Ones Sensitive, they are pediatrician tested and safe for your baby. they are hypoallergenic, and fragrance-free.

A: The wipes expire 2 years from the date of manufacture. We cannot verify its effectiveness past that date. The manufacture date can be determined by the LOT code stamped on the pack of the package. The first 2 digits represent the year and they next 3 digits represent the day on the Julian calendar. Please call us at 1-800-742-8377 if you need assistance.

Q: What's happening to the new packs of these wipes? They are very dry and feel scratchy. Next to no moisture. Also leave a grainy resifue on your hands. They have recently been like this.
