Amazing Product AND Budget Friendly
I have used this liquid eyeliner for years and I swear it is superior over all other brands. This stuff dries super fast, is actually waterproof like it claims, AND I have never had an issue with it cracking or flaking during the day. Once it’s fully dry, I haven’t experienced any smearing, and it doesn’t feel sticky on your eyelids. Removal is super simple and easy- I use a Qtip and a simple eye makeup remover and it melts away. But the BEST thing about this eyeliner is the price point. Do not think for a second that this is a cheap product bc of the price. I have tried luxury brand liquid eyeliners and I still come back to this one every single time

This waterproof, smudge proof eyeliner is the BOMB! Tears don’t stand a chance. Extremely pigmented and precise applicator tip, leaves no room for drips or error. Did I mention no creasing? It’s amazing!

I have a hard time with eyeliner wearing off mid-day. I've tried multiple products to no avail. This Wet & Wild eyeliner is one of the few to stay put and last all day, without migrating down to my cheeks. It also is easy to remove at the end of the day, without leaving additional residue

I have loved the h2o proof liquid eyeliner for over 20 years because it stayed put and I have a vintage aesthetic. If anything it was harder to put on because it wanted to stay put but that was welcome over this!. The last two I have purchased (separately) smudge/smear at the slightest hint of oil on my skin. It’s annoying and embarrassing. I’m disappointed. It’s also weird that the formula supposedly hasn’t changed. So perhaps they are using poor quality ingredients now. I’m sad. I hope I can find one as good as this Used to be.

It says it's waterproof, but it's DEFINITELY NOT smudge proof. This is worse than dollar store eyeliner. My allergies had me dab my eye, and I noticed it was coming off. I looked in the mirror, and it was leaving lines on my upper lid from having my eyes open. This stuff is TERRIBLE.

Waterproof and perfect!
Being using for years and try out new products but I will always go back to this one, I have extremely watery eyes and love a inner corner eyeliner and this one dries out fast and stays on perfect!

This eyeliner literally smudges everywhere. I tend to have watery eyes and if a single drop touches this eyeliner is smudges everywhere. I've never had this issue with the other liquid eyeliner not advertised as waterproof. False advertisement.

Felt tip is firm and applies easily. Doesn’t make my eyes water. You need a good oil/silicone based remover. Felt tip shape isn’t consistent from purchase to purchase but it’s cheap and works.

I have this in both brown and black. This is actually a really good eyeliner. there’s people that say that a specific liner doesn’t move but in all reality it’s moves and smudges. This one, I’m actually impressed. It’ll stay on for dear life! It’s hard to get off though, that’s the only down side. Wish they came out with a different brush tip!

Good eyeliner on a budget. Make sure you wait a little bit for it to dry otherwise it does smudge. After which you could even wipe in your eyes and it doesnt budge! I also find the wand to be very comfortable and easy to get nice results with.
