Disappointed - construction & material a poor

Pretty disappointed in this purchase. I LOVE the concept, and the color is very pretty. The 2nd time (and then another after that) we opened it, the center hub at the top popped off. Hubby got it back on, but it's plastic, and not very solid at all. So I've learned to NOT open it fully. Then, about the 5th time I opened it, as I sat under and looked up, I realized on of the seams was split open, because the material was not properly folded over, and the material just shredded away...so now there's about a 10" gap along one of the spines. I will try to fix, but REALLY? I've probably only opened the thing about 10 times this entire summer, and I keep it closed and strapped always. Even with my great care, this will not last more than 2 short summer seasons.
