This product comes in a 120 mini soft gel variety or a larger, 240 count value size. Directions: Take two mini softgels daily with a meal; one in the morning and one in the evening. Store in a dry place below 30˚C (86˚F). Avoid exposure to sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. This product does not contain gluten, soy, lactose, milk/dairy, preservatives or flavor.
