The bottle contains 60 complete vitamins, which are large in size, but he has no trouble swallowing them,he usually takes two a day, typically in the morning with his meal,he hasn't noticed any side effects and has felt very good since he started taking them. Great men’s multivitamins
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband is currently taking these men’s multivitamins and he likes them a lot. I love all the essential vitamins and minerals they contain. They don’t contain any gelatin as they are tablets instead of soft gels making them ideal for those that follow halal dietary rules. I love that they contain fruits and vegetables blend. The nutrition label is quite impressive on these. They are a bit bigger than the multivitamins he was taking beforehand, but he found them easy to swallow and said he doesn’t notice a taste to them. We would certainly repurchase!
