Shampoo amount shortened

The first thing I liked was that it smells good. I’m excited and ready to try the product. However the shampoo looks like it leaked a little bit because there wasn’t a lot of shampoo in there. It’s definitely not measuring up to the amount that the bottle says it has. Which leaves me wondering and feeling skeptical on how the seller bottles this product. Is it being tampered with? I feel there is dishonesty because this is not a cheap shampoo and conditioner. I’m disappointed. Not buying again. I would think the seller would want long-term money not short term money.
