The Wilson 314405 4G NMO Cellular Signal Booster Antenna for Fleet Vehicles is the ideal antenna to complement nearly all weBoost/Wilson vehicular cellular signal boosters. It is compatible with both 4G and 3G models and provides a weathertight seal when used with NMO-style mounts 901150 and 905814. The low-profile appearance helps it be less obtrusive to sight lines while still maintaining top performance. _

Upgrade antenna
I bought this to replace the magnetic base antenna because it would fall off in the automatic car wash I am very happy with the product and my signal strength has improved. A base for mounting is required but installation was not bad.

Satisfactory
I ordered this antenna to use for my Drive Sleek and it works great so far! I'm generally halfway on LTE in my day to day and this, in conjunction with the Drive Sleek components, maxed out my signal or came very close. I did not try using the supplied magnetic antenna for the Drive Sleek package so I cannot compare. Having already had an existing hole in my vehicle for an NMO mount coax, I went with this antenna and so far, so good!

Better than shark fin
It is an improvement over the drive reach magnetic shark fin antenna. I noticed signal gain immediately.
