We purchased this for use in our basement. We haven’t had it long but it seems to be working well. We haven’t five small children so I do wish the openings weren’t right on top, but we put it in the utility room side. I am doing this review for the $30 rebate but I honestly think it’s a good unit and will help the moisture problem we have in our basement.

Excellent customer service!
The dehumidifier itself worked great for a year keeping my office dry, however towards the end of that year period it stopped working. I reached out to Waykar customer support and they attempted to diagnose my issue, ultimately saying it would need to be replaced. The customer service team was fantastic, promptly offered a replacement at no cost to me. Really impressed with the support team at Waykar and it is nice to see they stand behind their product if an issue arises.
