Great but leaks?
It’s great, however, the base of the filtered water spout leaks. Is there supposed to be some rubber that comes with it to prevent that? The spout itself can fall out if the water is on full force. Am I missing something?

This products design is what makes it essential for temporary living situations where you don't want to go the full reverse osmosis under the sink. The taste is similar to a charcoal Britta or Purr but the design is superior for someone that uses as much filtered water as I do.
