About the Author

Bonnie Lou is a hairstylist, blogger, and emerging author. Born in 1971, Bonnie was raised by her single mom with her brother in Ohio and later South Carolina. She married at seventeen and divorced at twenty-five to a man later found to be a serial killer. Bonnie moved on and remarried, having two boys with her second husband who later died from ALS. Throughout her life, writing has been her one constant. She began keeping journals and writing poetry as a teenager and later studied creative writing in community college. In June 2024, she gained over 38 million views when she posted a video where she shared her story about finding out she was married to a serial killer.

In her spare time, Bonnie enjoys spending time with her fiance, doing yoga, painting, and hiking with her Dog, Clyde.
