Q: How do you suggest removing these? It hurts my skin when removing in the morning. I have tried rubbing lotion & a little face oil, but it’s still pretty stuck to my face. Any suggestions on how others get it off gently??

To take it off more gently, we recommend loosening the edges first by applying a little warm water or lip balm/oil around the mouth area and waiting a few minutes before peeling it away slowly from one side. This helps soften the adhesive and makes removal much easier and more comfortable. The price point is greant and I was hopeful based on the statements on the packaging that my skin would not have an adverse reaction to this product. Unfortunately, after just one use, the skin around my mouth became irritated and red, looking like a burn. I do not have sensitive skin, but this product had a detrimental affect on it.

Save yourself & dont buy
I would literally not recommend this to anyone! I’ve used for over a year now, I ran out, and needed some in a pinch so I got these. It gives me a rash/bumps around my entire mouth and on my lips. I wasn’t sure what it was because it happened two weeks ago so I stopped wearing mouth tape. Then everything cleared up so I tried it again with this tape and it’s even worse than the first time! you can literally see where the adhesive part is and where the non-adhesive part is on my skin because you can see the lines.

I use these more as mouth tape than a mask. I dont think it really adds any moisture effect like how the package claims and sometimes if you rip them off to quickly it does hurt. You have to peel them off gently. But overall they are cheaper than some the other mouth tape options out there and ill keep huying them.

Good for the price. I have very sensitive skin and these work well for me. I do notice they dry out my lips, so I usually put on lip balm or a gentle lip mask, then apply the mouth tape. The tape stays on all night and I haven’t noticed any odor. These are great especially compared to the more expensive options online. Worth a try

Perfect solution to nighttime mouth opening and snoring...
Over the last 2 years of using a CPAP machine, I've tried numerous kinds of mouth tape to help promote nasal breathing. I stumbled upon these patches at Target and finally found the answer to my mouth breathing! The patches are the perfect size, have a small slit in the center to help if you need to sneeze or take a sip of water during the night and, best of all, firmly and comfortably hold my lips together during sleep to prevent mouth breathing. Added bonus is that the cost is reasonable and good value for the money. Try these if you experience too many mouth openings and/or snoring during sleep! Highly recommended.

I discovered these mouth tapes by chance when I was looking for another item. I tend to be a mouth breather, at times when I’m sleeping and hubby says I snore.
