I like these fiber gummies. They are effective and taste good! My only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the size and consistency. The size and consistency reminds me of eating 2 Hubba Bubba Max pieces of gum at once. After it slowly dissolves/breaks apart, it's more manageable. It's a lot more chewing than their women's multivitamin!

Do not buy

I bought these because I liked that you only needed to take 2 a day. The taste is good but the texture is the worst I've ever had. It's like chewing on a piece of rubber. I also don't like being forced to agree to promotions to write a review.

The best

I take insulin and it sometimes causes constipation in me. I starting taking these and digestive enzymes. I wanted to try something that wasn’t a gummy. So I bought citrucel fiber pills. Those really messed me up. I was constipated the entire week I took them. My stomach was hurting the whole time as if I had to use the bathroom but was too constipated. So I decided to switch back to these gummies and I will absolutely be sticking to them because it really regulates.
