Cracked after 1 use

Used one time, either came with a hairline crack and we didn’t notice or somehow cracked. We are older people who were quite careful with the mugs - and I hand washed them. Noticed the hairline crack that goes all the way through the ceramic, when we went to use them the second time. For that I give 1*.

Needs better packaging for shipping

I ordered this set of 2. One arrived ok, but the other one is completely shattered. Leaving 3 stars because the unbroken item itself is nice, but will need to return.
