Watched The Show, Read The Book
I am absolutely happy that I read the book even though I had watched the show already. I will comment on that at the end of the review. This book is full of laughs and it's been years since I found a book or author so entertaining! The romance that develops between Anthony and Kate is so fun, fresh and witty. I love the scenes with the dog walk in the park, Kate hiding under a desk and the game of pall mall. Some moments I just wanted to laugh out loud. Now, compared to the show.... I really can't decide which version I like better. The show leaves out some fun things in my opinion and if you want this to follow the show exactly it won't. Something I wish was in the show was the interaction between Kate and Penelope! I can't wait to read every single book now!
