I've noticed a problem with a certain spot on the bed. Whenever anyone lies on it, that part dips down a lot, which makes me think the support isn't strong enough there. The wood underneath seems thin and has cracks in it, like it's worn out or broken. I tried to fix the issue multiple times but the bed keeps going down in that spot, it’s a very nice bed frame don’t get me wrong but it lacks stability. I tried to tell target about this issue so they can help replace or fix this and they want a return.

No instructions in Box. Looked online and found no instructions. Called customer service and they sent email to try to find instructions. Husband figured out eventually.
