Too big, too firm

I ordered a king size, and the mattress arrived 6 inches too wide. I still have it a try, but way to not. Also, way too firm (I know it says in the title extra firm-firm, but I had ordered a “medium” topper before and that one was way too soft), did bot cradle me enough. Woke up in the middle of the night first night (and only night) sleeping on it and was unable to fall back to sleep.
