wrong color twice

Very disappointed that I could not get the turquoise color. I ordered this item twice, trying to get the right color and neither time did that happen. Returning a big rug, let alone two, is very inconvenient. I don't know what's going on with this company.I've never had an issue before getting the item that I ordered.But they can't seem to get it right!

Beautiful rug!

I ordered the runner in sand and it is beautiful! Very impressed with the quality and it looks much more expensive than it is. Ultimately I returned the sand and ordered the turquoise because I'm using it in an entry and the sand looks lighter in person than it does on my monitor.
