Not staying up

This chair looks great and the moveable arms are wonderful. My only complaint is it is starting to slowly lower through the day. It shouldn’t be doing this when it’s only a month old. I am not happy about that and not sure how to fix it. It will only get worse.

Beautiful chair buuut it doesn’t hold up

I’ve had this for about a year. I like to sit upright while I’m working but even with the back locked it still tilts quite a bit. Also, the padding, especially on the arm rests became super thin and it’s uncomfortable to rest my arms on it now, and one of the arm rests is a bit wobbly. I love how it looks but unfortunately I’ll be replacing it soon for something more comfortable.
