  • A: Hi - there's not much at all. You have to unpack the base and shade, place a bulb in the socket, secure the shade on top, and then plug in. Pretty simple and it looks wonderful! Thank you for the question.

    A beautiful and very well made lamp at a reasonable price.

    The quality of the lamp is excellent. We now own two of these lamps and they are stunning in bedrooms. After several years of owning the first lamp, I bought a second one because the lamp is so well made. It is heavy, shows no sign of wear, and just adds a sparkle to the room. The shade is also lovely. I highly recommend this lamp.

    Wish it came w/ a remote

    I don't think I had the option of a remote? It is super heavy & I had 2 professionals installing it. Switch was bad but Lamps Plus was excellent in sending out another. Never could get the electrician back but got it wired up today. 11 months later! It's pretty & feminine for a fan!
