To start with, I was sent a used table for $170. 1. Cart's cup holder holes do not match the tray's predrilled holes which makes it impossible to attach holders to tray. 2. The screws that hold the tray to the pole are stripped. They have to be constantly re-screwed as they keep getting loose. 3. Customer service from China assured me that they are sending new parts. For over a month, I was sent emails informing me that parts are in transit, parts are in the warehouse, parts are being packed to be shipped in two days, parts are on the loading dock waiting to go out. All these emails are accompanied with reductant statements, overstating the obvious over and over again, with "kind self" and "dears" in each email. 4. This meaningless exchange goes on for a month, after which I received an email telling me that parts are lost in transit. They offered $40 to compensate and suggested I source the parts locally. I told them that they never intended to send the parts. They were just wasting my time in order to wear me down and present me with $40 offer. They didn't argue that point and sent me another meaningless email. I have bought Vevor brand before, but like everything else, their quality has done downhill and at this point they don't even care to fix the issues with their products or about negative reviews (of which I also informed them). Don't buy this brand. It will be a waste of money in case you have an issue with the product.
