Steer clear!
Do not buy this! Save your money and put it towards a better product. I purchased this thinking that it would be a good Christmas gift, and I was terribly mistaken. I thought my wife and I could have some at-home hotpot and have a few grilled items, but what I didn't know was that the "hotpot" sections held roughly 2 or 3 cups of liquid at max. I could fit maybe 10 udon noodles at a time before it would be maxed out. I can't even fit my fist in each section it's that small. The small amount of liquid and space defeats the entire hotpot nature of the item. The grill portion is also weird, it will spike up in temperature only to cool down. The grill was not consistent and it would create a really weird solid flaky black film on everything. Finally, you can't clean this thing! Hotpot utilizes a thick oily greasy mix, and you can't pull the hotpot chamber to clean it by itself, and the grill doesn't come off either. You also can't submerge the unit either, so we could only use it once before we were unable to completely clean it. If you want to use a hotpot one time, or only use just chicken broth this product may work for you, otherwise stay clear and buy a better product.
