I like the weighted vest, but a pic or instructions about to wear it, would have been very helpful. Instead, I had to try to figure this out & only with pulling up the pic from the ad was I finally able to figure it out, I think? There needs to be more customer friendly inserts to help the customers who recieve products they purchase!
