Hook to Long Strap has completely torn after 3 months of normal use :-(

I have had this bag only 3 months and the fabric hook for the long strap has now torn so I am very disappointed. This the first time I have ever had a Vera Bradley bag tear up from normal wear. I loved the bag so it is very disappointing for me to have to replace it
