Large belt bag

I was very disappointed when I received the bag and it was so large. The description says it's 8.5 inches wide I measured and it was 11 inches wide. I tried to contact customer service multiple times no response back to let them know that their description is inaccurate, this is very misleading and I'm afraid to order anything else because I don't know if it's really that big or not. There was no picture to show me how it looked on a person.

Hands Free and Happy Enough

A large enough crossbody bag that carries a phone, small wallet, and a few toiletries. The material seems more durable than the regular quilted cotton patterns. I would suggest adding an exterior magnetic pocket for a phone - to complete it.

Disappointed

Didn't realize the bag was too big and again no logo on the outside,not even a ribbon. I was proud wearing a Vera Bradley product so I like it shown outside but I am disappointed and will not buy again!
