Never received item

Would give zero stars.....however I NEVER received my purse! Very disappointed. Ordered and waited and waited. App said order delayed and never gave a delivery date...beware before ordering. Thankfully, I contacted Target customer service and they refunded my money.

Just gotta LOVE Vera Bradley

I absolutely love it and I have many Vera Bradley purses, wallets, PJ's and throws. I love every Vera Bradley item. My mother's first name was Revera and I was Blessed to have her name as my middle name. There is kind of an attachment 🙂

Disappointed

I'm not happy with the way it closes. The magnets aren't strong enough to keep it closed and I don't think they're positioned correctly.

Slouch bag

The handle cracked five days after I started using the purse. The cracks pinch my arm skin. The purse is flawed and I reached out to customer service immediately. It is over two weeks all I have is a case number and that they are looking into it. I sent pictures also. Very disappointed and will not buy from Vera Bradley again.
