Q: Is this item short waisted meaning it is low around the hip to top leg? I do not like when my pants ride into the areas not seen by the sunshine.

A: The PJ pants are high rise, meaning the waist band fits at the natural bend of the waist, not on the hips. This is a relaxed fit, full cut PJ set.

PANTS ARE MUCH TOO LONG!
Be prepared to shorten the length of the pajamas pants. I am 5'7" tall. I purchased both size S and XS. In both sizes the pants are 4 inches too long! Otherwise the pajamas fit okay after sizing down, in other words they run a full size too large in addition to being much too long. I bought both colors and the sizing issue is the same in both. I am debating whether to try to shorten the pant legs, or return. The cotton fabric is nice, but there is no way I would ever consider paying full price for these pjs, even at $35.00 they are not a good value since I would have to go to the effort of tailoring the length of the pants.
